If you’re fasting along with us, you probably realize that Sunday’s are typically days where the fast can break. While some people do keep restrictions here, I am choosing not to. The reason why? It’s the Lord’s Day...

This is the day we remember as Christ’s because it’s the day He was resurrected. This means that each Sunday throughout the season of Lent, we get a slight reminder of what it is we’re looking towards. Even in the midst of self-examination, we must remember that we have reason to celebrate. We are limited and sinful, but everything is different when Jesus comes walking out of the tomb.

So today, I hope that you feast and enjoy all of the good things that God offers to us. Find joy in the resurrection and remember that you are dust, but Jesus brings new life.
